Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior request.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at worldglassinfo@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your glass arrives broken, do not worry. We will offer a solution at no additional cost: we can send you a completely new one for free or issue a full refund.
Cancellations and Returns After Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it to process the return.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Once the product is received, we can offer:
- A partial refund, or
- A discount for future purchases
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Personal use products
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
If you have doubts about a specific product, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the received item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
