1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases such as high demand, holidays, or logistical delays, delivery times may be affected.
For orders to Latin America, customs processes may cause additional delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages
